Greg Mroczek is a REALTOR® who has been living in Calgary, Alberta since the 90s. Over the years, he has resided in several neighborhoods within the city, providing him with in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. In addition to his real estate expertise, Greg is a Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM®), has over 10 years of customer service experience, and 7 years in the real estate industry. He holds a Bachelor of Management degree, majoring in general management, with a double minor in supply chain management and social responsibility.

Greg's passion for becoming a REALTOR® was sparked by the lack of quality customer service in the industry after purchasing his condo. Even though there are over 12,000 agents in Alberta, Greg is committed to providing his clients with unparalleled service and expertise. He recognizes that technology is transforming the industry, and as such, he strives to demonstrate his true value to clients. Unlike many other agents, Greg is not solely focused on generating leads and recruiting other REALTORS®. He believes in effective marketing and providing real value to his clients through exceptional communication. Greg also takes pride in not pressuring his buyers and sellers into making decisions that they're not comfortable with. If a client is not satisfied with a property, he advises them to walk away.

Apart from real estate, Greg is an active volunteer as a youth sports coach. He also enjoys cooking, scuba diving, hiking, and savoring multiple cups of coffee each day. Additionally, he has owned a condo and served on the Board as the President and Treasurer, giving him a unique perspective on property management and the market.
